Job Responsibilities

1. Department Operations Management 

1. Coordinate the daily operation of the pregnant woman urine collection project, develop standardized procedures (SOP), and ensure the compliance and safety of sample collection, storage, and transportation.   2. Supervise team execution, optimize personnel division of labor, and regularly train frontline collection personnel (such as community commissioners, hospital collaborators, etc.).   3. Responsible for departmental budget preparation and cost control, and allocating resources reasonably.  

II. Development and Construction of New Channels  1. Expand the channels for collecting urine samples from pregnant women, including but not limited to: establishing cooperative relationships with hospitals, maternal and child health hospitals, and community health service centers; -Develop recruitment functions for online platforms such as apps and mini programs; -Collaborate with maternal and child brands, pregnant women's communities, etc. to carry out precise promotion.   2. Conduct market demand research, develop differentiated cooperation plans, and improve collection efficiency.   3. Coordinate with the legal and marketing departments to complete the signing of cooperation agreements and ensure compliance.  

III. Customer Service and After sales Management 

1. Establish a pregnant woman service system to handle inquiries and abnormal situations (such as sample failure, logistics delays, etc.) during the sample collection process.  

2. Design user incentive measures (such as subsidies, gift cards, etc.) to increase participation and repeat investment rates, and motivate old customers to refer.   3. Regularly prepare and hold online and offline promotional activities.   4. Follow up with partner institutions and users, collect feedback, and optimize service processes.  

4. Data Management 

1. Regularly submit operational analysis reports to management (such as sample size, channel conversion rate, cost-benefit analysis, etc.).
